
Madeline D. Roach
Biography
Madeline Roach is a passionate advocate dedicated to fighting for her clients' rights through trauma-informed lawyering with an intersectional lens. In previous roles, Madeline has applied her dedication to advocacy and equity through her work in immigration cases, and in her work with survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault. She consciously approaches every case with empathy, diligence, and a deep dedication to achieving fair and just outcomes.
Committed to continuous growth in her field, Madeline has completed the intensive NITA Trial Advocacy training, further honing her litigation skills to better serve her clients. The NITA Trial Advocacy training implements a "learn on your feet" teaching model which trains participants, among other skills, in utilizing sharp and concise direct examination, constructive cross-examination, and developing winning opening and closing statements. Madeline has taken these skills to the courtroom, where she has assisted in successfully winning conditional release and discharge cases for her clients.
